Honor Oak Community Centre are looking for an administrator to carry out book-keeping and administrative functions required to provide an efficient, well-run community centre on behalf of the trustees. In conjunction with the centre manager. Duties will involve maintenance of accurate accounts using quick books software, administration of payments, reception duties and deputising for the manager.
The successful candidate will have basic proficiency in the following: Quick books software, Microsoft Office (including Word, Excel and outlook), front-line customer services, and administrative management.
Time commitment: By agreement during office hours Mon – Thurs 10-4pm
Expenses: Travel expenses will be reimbursed.

Manages the Honor Oak Community Centre.
Encourages the use of the centre for recreation, education and leisure activities.
Promotes the benefit of residents of Lewisham, in particular to meet the needs of the local community regardless of age, gender, disability, ethnicity, sexual orientation, existential or political belief.
The centre is a purpose built facility on the Honor Oak Estate adjacent to Brockley Way. It facilitates the activities of a range of organisations offer everything from childcare to Tae Kwon do. In addition the centre provides space for private functions such as weddings receptions and birthday parties.
